Welcome to Kiwi Electrical Fencing
Electric fencing can either be setup on a
permanent or a temporary basis.
Permanent fencing uses much stronger
materials (such as wooden posts and steel
wire) and does not need, or have the
flexibility to be moved easily.
Temporary fencing can be set up in minutes,
and moved on a daily basis. Temporary
fencing uses lighter, more portable materials
(such as plastic posts, tape, rope or polywire).
As a minimum a electric fence consists
of :
Energiser - To provide electric
shock to the fence
Fence - (Either wire, tape or rope) - To
carry the shock.
Posts - To attach the fence to
Warning Sign - To warn the fence is
electrified.
Earth stake - To complete the circuit. |
